I am Liviti, conceived & born from the drum & Bass of Reggae, yet molded and schooled in the streets of New York, by the rhythm & culture of hip hop & the chaos of rock 'n' roll.

My music is a true reflection of who I am. I don’t write music for the fun of it. It’s not just entertainment to me, it’s more than an art form, it’s more of a cultural expression, so lyrics is important to me. Yeah, this is music with a purpose, with an agenda. So if you feel me, then walk with me. Millions of us came from parents who ventured throughout the world, seeking a better life. We got similar stories. We come from the same background, the same mixed, vibrant environments, where one minute we’re jamming to some Reggae music & the other we’re rocking to some Pac or Bigg. You know that space, where our family at home, speak differently than our friends in the streets.

New York City is a special place to me. That’s where I was raised. Nearly all of my childhood memories is from growing up in The Bronx. Jamaica is where I was born, it’s my roots, my origin, it’s that place that never left my heart. The vibe, the energy, is still inside me. And tho I speak differently than when I was a child, that Jamaican lingo is still alive, you can hear it in my music. So here I am, I am Liviti, a product of my environments, yet not trapped nor limited by them.
